The Jogo Bonito Games service is currently offered as a work in progress. By accessing or using Jogo Bonito Games, you acknowledge and agree that you do so at your own risk.

Antesto (Pty) Ltd T/A Unravel Consulting makes no guarantee that the service is free of errors, bugs, interruptions, or that it will meet your requirements.

Upload or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

All content and code are owned by Antesto (Pty) Ltd T/A Unravel Consulting or its licensors.

Jogo Bonito Games may link to or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Use them at your own risk.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as is and as available, without any warranties.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the previous 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Antesto (Pty) Ltd T/A Unravel Consulting and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Jogo Bonito Games, your breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Termination & Suspension

Upon termination, your right to use Jogo Bonito Games ceases immediately.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between us.
