How are streaks calculated?

Streaks grow when you clear daily challenges on back-to-back days. Skip a day and your streak pauses, but it won’t reset until 48 hours pass.

What is Squad Clash?

Squad Clash is a weekly co-op mode where you and friends answer rapid-fire trivia. Earn stat boosts for every clean sweep.

Can I practice without affecting my stats?

Yes. Training Ground lets you replay any past puzzle in a no-pressure sandbox with instant hints.

How do I change my notification schedule?

Go to Settings → Alerts to choose matchday reminders, daily recaps, or mute everything during quiet hours.

Is my profile public?

By default only friends you follow can see your streaks. Toggle "Public Profile" in Settings to show up on the global leaderboards.

How do I report an issue?

Shake your phone on any screen to open Quick Feedback or email [email protected] for longer notes.

My stats look out of date. What should I do?

Pull to refresh on the Profile screen. If numbers still lag, log out and back in to trigger a full sync.

I can’t join a private league.

Confirm the invite code hasn’t expired and that you’re on the latest app version. Hosts can resend codes from League Settings.

Why was my payment declined?

Banks sometimes flag season pass renewals. Retry with the same card once, then contact your provider or switch to PayPal.
